Dirty Deeds is an incredible company to work with. Everyone was very courteous and efficient. They showed up exactly when they said they would and were extremely polite and professional. They kept us informed regarding the process of inspecting and pumping our system. Every question I had was answered completely in terms I could understand. Keith, the owner, and the other gentleman who was with him (I apologize, I forgot his name) walked me through the process and were extremely informative. Lucas, who showed up to perform the actual pumping/cleaning couldn't have nicer. I had never seen a septic system being serviced and Lucas put up with my constant curiosity and observation with the patience of a saint. After the work was done, he replaced all the covers and cleaned up thoroughly.After seeing everything involved in cleaning a septic system, I will never again complain about having to clean another litter box.I will happily recommend Dirty Deeds to anyone who is need of any sort of septic work

Michael and Lucas from Dirty Deeds Septic, who performed the work on my septic system, were extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Being a first time home owner with septic, I had many questions about maintenance schedules, filters, drain fields, what not to do, etc. Both Michael and Lucas took their time answering all my questions and ensuring I was completely satisfied with all the work they performed before departing. I received outstanding service from my initial call to schedule service (non-emergency) — which occurred a couple days later — till the job was completed. I will only use Dirty Deeds from now on for all my septic needs.

Darren was friendly and very helpful by telling us what we need to do to improve the care of our septic. He explained everything to my son and took great care in cleaning up the area. From the front office to the field technicians, 100% creditable highly trained personnel. Great communication and no unreturned phone calls. A week ago we were woken at 5:30am by the septic system alarm! We are new to having septic and were able to turn off the alarm but the light continued to flash. We knew we needed to get someone in right away.Sean was our first to respond from Dirty Deeds, he confirmed that our system was starting to get overwhelmed. One of our toilets had run all night! Sean showed us how to turn off the alarm, so not at the fuse box. 😁 He was really good about explaining the purpose for each of the four over full chambers.The filter was also clogged. 😬We approved the service to pump out the tanks and clean the filter. Darren arrived with the pump truck and was able to get it pumped, cleaned the filter and get it all back in order.Both Sean and Darren were knowledgeable, professional and friendly.We highly recommend Dirty Deeds for your septic needs.

I have been facilities maintenance in Oak Harbor for 25 years and have dealt with most if not all the area septic contractors. This team is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and responsive service company that I’ve worked with. From their office staff (Mackenzie is so nice), to in field workers and inspectors (Sean is “The Man”) are absolutely the best. Just look at the pride in their equipment! Most septic companies look like what they do, Dirty Deeds equipment is so clean I really think they could carry milk on the weekends😉

Honestly, the first place I called put me off 2weeks. I saw a DirtyDeeds truck go past my house, so I called them. So glad I did. Offered next day service. Darrin and Lucas showed up for the pump out. Both friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. It starts with the friendly receptionist, who set it up. Very helpful, and answered all the questions. I will be using this business again.

Had Darren come out to pump my tanks, he was extremely professional and courteous. He even took the time to teach me about my specific setup, and do's and do not's to ensure my systems longevity. I would highly recommend them to anyone.My interaction began with the owner in our local grocery store. Very intelligent guy and a former army vet so we chatted for a while on our prior services.The ladies running the office were amazing and easy to work with, and finally the service.I will be utilizing them again for sure!

Amazing company and people. I am new in Oak Harbor-2 days-and already had an issue with my septic. Being a first septic owner I was worried and a bit angry. From the first call I made to the end of the same day all my issues were resolved. I learned so much from Sean and is amazing patience’s with me on educating me. He made me feel respected and provided assurance with professionalism and his wonderful sense of humor. He did his part and spent as much time with me as I needed. Thank you SeanThen in that same day the pump truck came and out came Lucas. Such a friendly guy and knew what he was doing. He was patient with me as I asked many questions . Lucas showed up at 3:30 pm on a Friday night, due to an earlier emergency, to pump our septic tank to get our house ready for our renters. The system hadn't been pumped for quite a while, and it turned into a much bigger job than anticipated. Lucas was awesome and full of great insight about the health of the septic system and provided great information about frequency of maintenance and care. He ended up staying late on his Friday to make sure we were fully satisfied. We were thoroughly impressed with his work ethic.

Wow, the staff and crew are so friendly and helpful! Mackenzie and Sophie in the office, and Chris in the field. Very knowledgeable and quick to come out to our property. The cost was right on what we were anticipating on paying, as well. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Can't say enough how easy they are to work with!

Dirty deeds had 2 great techs come by to take care of my septic they were both professional and polite. Very knowledgeable on my septic system and explained the operation to me and went out of their way to make sure my system was working properly. 10 /10 would recommend dirty deeds to anyone needing a septic pumping.

Today has been a whirlwind but it has been that way because the staff at Dirty Deeds has been IMMENSELY efficient and helpful. My neighbor had been having septic work done across the street, when I called their office with some concerns about possible issues with my septic that I've had and been brushed off by another company in 2021. MacKenzie was extremely sweet and shared my concerns. Within 10 mins of being off the phone she called back letting me know that Chris and Luka were across the street and would be over to take a quick look. After the look, they shared my concerns but couldn't investigate further until it was pumped. About an hour or so later MacKenzie called me back and said that Chris and Luka would be here soon to pump the system and do a service call to see if the problem could be fixed/located easily. Chris and Luka pumped the septic and addressed the clogs they could. They said an inspection of the system needs to be done and I am now working with Alysha who is helping me get on their schedule for the next steps! ALL IN ONE DAY! I placed the initial call at 1pm and confirmed the estimate for the inspection at 4:35pm. This has been the fastest repair help I've ever had. So they have earned their 5 stars today!

Wow! I haven’t been this impressed in awhile! 1-Sean was our technician and taught us so much about our septic. He gave us useful information so our septic stays “healthy.” He was friendly, easy going and professional. As a female, I felt very comfortable with him. I know a lot of women are home without their spouses during det’s and I feel this is wildly valuable! He did such a great job, explaining and helping us be better homeowners.2-McKenzie and Alicia, office staff, were also incredible. They were helpful and knowledgeable and kind. They got us serviced day of and made this process easy and transparent about cost!3-They all made poop jokes, which tour family is priceless💩
